At Designs By Ansh, each garment is crafted with premium fabrics, detailed finishing, and careful quality checks. We encourage customers to review product details and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under limited conditions to ensure product quality and hygiene standards.

Exchange Eligibility

Products are eligible for exchange only if:

  • The item delivered is damaged

  • An incorrect product or size was received

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product remains unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or altered products

  • Made-to-order styles

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items after delivery

  • Accessories (unless damaged upon arrival)

Return Policy

At this time, we do not offer refunds for successfully delivered orders.

Returns are accepted only in cases where:

  • The product received is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The issue is verified by our team after review

Approved cases may be eligible for:

  • Product replacement

  • Store credit

  • Exchange support

Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear product images

    • Description of the issue

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–4 business days

Approved exchanges will be processed after product inspection.

Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup service may be available depending on your location.

If reverse pickup is unavailable:

  • Customers may be requested to self-ship the product

  • Shipping reimbursement may be provided in approved cases

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings

  • Minor irregularities in handcrafted or textured fabrics are part of the garment’s uniqueness and should not be considered defects

  • Designs By Ansh reserves the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet policy conditions
